A little about history of Nundah. Did you know?

Nundah is a suburb located Northeast of Brisbane CBD. Historically, this suburb was named German Station due to a mission being built in 1838 by German Lutheran missionaries. The area was very rural until being connected to Brisbane by railway. Nundah is now a primarily residential suburb for many that work in Brisbane CBD. The old portion of Sandgate Road hosts many great local shops, including the Nundah location of Blackwood Barbers.

Nundah is very easy to get to either by car, train or bus. Sandgate road offers a direct drive into the city with connections nearby to Brisbane International Airport. Nundah station offers even faster rail connections to the city, with trains getting you to Brisbane CBD in 20 minutes and Brisbane International Airport in 26 minutes.
