Do you have a late or cancellation policy?

We understand things happen and if life gets in the way, please let us know if you’ll be running late or need to cancel by calling the shop on 07 3855 8855. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, your time slot may be called to reschedule the appointment as we could no longer complete the service in the remaining time.

Do I need to make an appointment or can I walk in?

We highly recommend making an appointment to ensure you secure your preferred time slot. However, we do welcome walk-ins whenever availability permits. To guarantee your spot, we encourage booking in advance.

What if I don’t attend my appointment?

If you repeatedly do not show up for a booked apartment, you will be charged an additional Men’s Style Haircut upon your next visit. If you fail to notify us on the first instance of Failing to Attend you will receive a message from us to remind you and familiarise yourself with our Failure to Attend Policy. On a second Failure to Attend, you will be notified through a message that on your next visit you will be charged an additional standard haircut on that visit.

On average, a standard appointment at Blackwood Barbers ranges from 30 to 45 minutes. However, if you require additional services like a beard trim or styling, it may take a bit longer.
